FM Change Group – “Becoming We”
How do we create a community of different people, rather than being a community that just lets different people in?
Not just being inclusive – being changed by those that join us.
Answering that of God in everyone.
How do we love each other?
What will meeting look like when we’ve truly accepted each other’s diversity?
Next Sunday, 1/11 noonish, we will we will have a worship sharing around “Sacred Space” by Thistle Hofvendahl and Diego Navarro from Friends Journal (October 1, 2022).
Thinking on the different kinds of spaces (Safe space and how it can be a Pain space for some, Brave spaces, and Sacred or Worship spaces) and a method to identify and address harm on the spot.

February 2/8 noonish, we will follow that with the pamphlet “Guide to Being an Ally to LGBTQ+ People” from the PFLAG web site.
It is 44 pages so we will break it into 2 group meetings.
